Product Manager – Dental (Boston)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager for UltraThineer, our new innovative line of cosmetic veneers.  As Product Manager, you will direct activities ranging from go-to-market, clinical validation, lab customer management, and product strategy.

Location: Maynard, MA/Remote

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the point person for the UltraThineer product line, working with marketing, manufacturing, and finance within the BMF organization.
  • Build and keep the mix of clinical and process proof points for lab training and validation.
  • Recruit and manage lab partners working with UltraThineer.
  • Build the UltraThineer brand.
  • Launch and roll-out products to lab partners in the U.S.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business, or science.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in product management, sales, or business development in the dental industry.
  • Customer-oriented consultative approach, and solution selling expertise.
  • Understanding of dental lab workflows, preferably through hands-on experience as a dental technician.
  • Affinity and motivation to work within an early-stage business, including versatility and adapting to a start-up environment.
  • Capacity to share your thoughts, work towards solutions, and find common ground with colleagues from different backgrounds.
  • Ability to travel including internationally.
  • Competent PC/IT Skills (MS Office).

We chose BMF’s microArch 3D Printer due to its ability to replicate critical micro features. Their unique Projection Micro Stereolithography (PµSL) technology prints 3D parts with ultra-high resolution and accuracy, which is key to our business.
