Powered by Projection Micro Stereolithography (PµSL)

Unlike conventional resin 3D printing systems, PµSL projects patterned UV light through a precision optical system to cure entire resin layers simultaneously — enabling a combination of resolution and build area that other additive processes cannot match. BMF's proprietary implementation of PµSL is what allows the microArch series to hold tolerances as tight as ±10µm and produce parts that closely match the geometry and surface quality of micro-injection molded components.
