Every system on the S140 is designed to make 10µm results repeatable.

PµSL Technology
The microArch S140 is powered by BMF’s proprietary PµSL technology — an advanced additive manufacturing process that projects patterned UV light through a precision optical system to photopolymerize entire resin layers simultaneously at micro-scale resolution.
Unlike point-by-point laser systems, PµSL exposes an entire layer in a single flash — delivering the speed, precision, and repeatability that make 10µm resolution practical in a desktop system. The result is a platform capable of producing intricate, exact, and replicable micro-scale parts, with the openness and flexibility that research and development environments require.
