PµSL Technology
The microArch S150 Series is powered by BMF’s Projection Micro Stereolithography (PµSL) technology, an advanced additive manufacturing process designed to produce high-precision micro-scale parts with exceptional accuracy and surface quality. PµSL works by projecting patterned UV light through a dynamic optical system to rapidly photopolymerize entire layers of liquid resin at once, enabling fast print speeds while maintaining micron-level feature resolution.
By combining precision optics, controlled photopolymerization, and highly accurate motion systems, the S150 Series delivers the dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and part quality required for demanding engineering applications. The result is the ability to manufacture complex micro-scale geometries, fine channels, and intricate features that are difficult or impossible to achieve with conventional manufacturing or traditional 3D printing technologies.
