Resolution x Accuracy x Precision
The microArch S240 is engineered to deliver consistent dimensional performance at 10µm resolution across the largest build volume in the BMF lineup. Three flexible print modes — single exposure, multi-exposure, and array — allow engineers to optimize for part size, throughput, or production density depending on application requirements.

Advanced Roller System:Spreads resin layers in seconds for build speeds up to 10× faster than conventional PµSL platforms — enabling higher output without compromising 10µm resolution or surface quality.

High-Viscosity Material Support: Processes materials up to 20,000cP viscosity, enabling the use of stronger, more functional engineering resins and industrial-grade composite polymers that lower-viscosity systems cannot handle.
- Ceramic Printing: One of the few PµSL systems capable of printing ceramic materials — opening applications in thermal management, RF/microwave components, and advanced research that require non-polymer material properties.

PµSL Technology
The microArch S240 is powered by BMF’s proprietary PµSL technology — an advanced additive manufacturing process that projects patterned UV light through a precision optical system to photopolymerize entire resin layers simultaneously at micro-scale resolution.
Unlike point-by-point laser systems, PµSL exposes an entire layer in a single flash, enabling the fast print speeds the S240’s roller system is designed to complement. The result is a system capable of producing intricate, exact, and replicable micro-scale parts — with the throughput and material range that industrial production environments require.
The S240’s step-and-repeat optical process allows it to achieve both 10µm feature resolution and a 100 × 100mm build area — overcoming the traditional tradeoff between resolution and build volume that limits competing platforms.
